Orcas Class November 2009

We’ve been learning about the Vikings. We have learnt about how their lifestyle and where they lived.

In Maths we have also learnt an easier way to practice our times tables, 4s and 8s and using the column method for multiplication. Today we used a place value chart to learn that it’s not just putting a zero on the end when we times by 10, 100 and 1000.

At the moment in Creative Curriculum we’re learning how to use email and all about safety on the internet!

The guinea pigs are having a great sleep at the moment and they have a new, big house (bungalow).
